We want you to be happy with your SteadyStep Ankle Support Brace. If something is not right, we will work with you to fix it.
30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issue with your order. Email us at support@steadystep.shop with your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue.
What We Cover
Defective or damaged products
If your product arrived defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund including any original shipping costs paid. You do not need to return the item. Just send us a photo showing the defect and we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days of reviewing your photos.
Wrong items
If we sent you the wrong size or wrong product, we will issue a full refund including any original shipping costs paid, or send a replacement at our cost. You do not need to return the wrong item.
Size Exchanges and Fit Issues
If the product does not fit comfortably or you need a different size:
1. Contact us at support@steadystep.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will provide our return address.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Once we receive the item in unworn, original condition, we will issue a refund or send an exchange if your size is in stock. If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund automatically.
Return address will be provided via email when you start a return request.
Refunds
• For defects or wrong items (no return required): refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we review your photos.
• For size exchanges and fit returns: refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
• Items returned for size or fit reasons must be unworn and in original condition.
• Defect and wrong-item claims are not affected by wear condition.
• We cannot accept returns initiated after 30 days from delivery.
How to Start a Return
1. Email support@steadystep.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and describe the issue.
3. Attach a photo if the issue is a defect, damage, or wrong item.
4. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions.
