This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered when you purchase from SteadyStep.

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

 

2. Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

SteadyStep operates from Lithuania. Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched by third party suppliers, warehouses, or logistics partners from locations outside Lithuania.

 

3. Delivery Area

We currently ship to customers in the United States only. If you are located outside the United States, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 6 to 11 business days. These delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur because of carrier issues, customs, weather, local delivery conditions, peak seasons, or fulfillment disruptions.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will try to notify you using the contact information you provided.

 

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. If we offer free shipping promotions or bundle shipping offers, the terms will be shown on the website at the time of purchase.

 

6. Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, we will send it to you after dispatch. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

 

7. Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@steadystep.shop. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

 

8. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us at support@steadystep.shop with your order number and any relevant photos or details. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution in line with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
